Individuals can participate in the work of CMF through an affiliated organisation or as a CMF member by joining our team or committee.
Our work is driven by volunteers who serve our project teams and committees. Volunteers do not necessarily have to be linked to any of our affiliates, anyone with the required skills, experience or interest is welcome.

Some examples of the types the skillsets we are currently looking for are, leadership/management skills, project management, Social Media management, grant writing and IT skills. Individuals should have a strong grasp of English and be able to communicate effectively with people within our community and statutory and voluntary bodies that operate within the Coventry area.
